This is how I focus on eating, moving and thinking better. What’s yours?

I don’t focus on calories.
I focus on REAL food.
With a REAL food focus,
calories do not matter.

I don’t focus on muscles?
Muscles refer to isolation.
Isolation is for bodybuilders.
I’m no longer a bodybuilder.
The body doesn’t move in isolation.
The body moves in movements.
I focus on movements.

I don’t focus on sets, reps, weight and time?
I focus on what I can do based on the Elements of Effort.
By focusing on eliminating E/E these things naturally progress .

I don’t focus on being ‘healthy’
but rather the attributes of what I think health is for me.
They truly are not the same.

It’s really just a matter of focus.

One Response to What’s My Focus?

  1. Focus is so critical and focusing on the total picture is essential. Despite what “modern medicine” teaches us, our pieces and parts do NOT function independently. We are a whole and all the parts are intricately related. Focusing on real food, our complete body and works best for our unique body is the only path to health AND happiness. And you can’t have true health without happiness. :)
